Kyson just keeps growing up. He has been quite the momma's boy lately which isn't the best thing since the baby will be here soon. He loves Santa and gets so excited whenever he sees him. I know if I actually tried to get him to go see Santa and sit on his lap it would be a whole other story! Other than that not much has changed this last month.
I'm now 32 weeks and still measuring big. I must be HUGE cause random people walk up to me and tell me how huge I am and that I must be having one BIG kid, other people tell me I'm about to pop, all people I don't know. I really hope my doctor doesn't go back on his word about starting me early, even 1 week would make me happy! The strangers in the store aren't lying I am HUGE and this kid is taking a toll on my back and ribs. I think Kyson is a little confused about what is going on cause the other day he picked up an outfit for Kiptyn I had just bought and he wanted me to put it on him, I told him it was for bubba and he then tried to put it on me. I am momma and bubba. If you ask him where bubba is he just points to me not my stomach (sometimes he will lift up his shirt and show you his stomach) and when you show him an ultrasound picture and ask who it is he says momma!
Sorry there are going to be no pictures with this blog, mainly cause my camera is semi-broke and the other part is I'm 32 weeks pregnant, there will be no picture taking of me and I'm just lazy these days!

Thanksgiving & Booster!
Yesterday was an eventful day, Kyson and I headed to the local health department to get his H1N1 booster and what I thought would take just a few minutes turned into an hour, and in case you were wondering NO it wasn't a peaceful hour. Kyson threw some major fits to get down and play and run around and I wasn't about to let him run around that place, lets just say it may or may not be the origin of the swine flu. We were the 10th person in line and it still took that long. Now about 2 hours after he got his "booster" I realized why they call it that. He was going crazy, I was beginning to wonder if they shot crack or something up his nose, then we remembered that he went wild after the first mist too. He wouldn't sit down and eat, he wouldn't even sit down to watch UP. He didn't/wouldn't even go to bed until 11:30 and that's cause we turned off all the lights and wouldn't let him move in the bed. I am sure glad he doesn't have to get anymore boosters and next year if he has to get it I'm opting for the shot to see if he reacts different.About the pregnancy, I am now past 30 weeks and I can't believe it! At my last appointment my doctor said I was still measuring big so he is going to start me 1-2 weeks early!!! That means I only have 8 or 9 weeks left. I am so excited to get Kiptyn here and not be pregnant anymore. I was having bad heartburn so my doctor told me to take Zantac (Ranitidine) and I feel like a new woman, I like it so much that Derek even started to take it to see if it helps him. I sure hope that it means that Kiptyn is coming out with a lot of hair. Some days I wonder how I am going to handle 2 kids, ok lets be honest most days. Kyson is non stop all day long and leaving the house with him is another story. He is one wild kid but he can give the best kisses and hugs which more than make up for him being wild.

26 Months!
Kyson has grown up so much lately and makes me laugh and scream in just a matter of minutes. He is one busy kid and never stops. He still throws a fit like no other but he can give the best kisses to make up for it. He loves to help his dad. The other day Derek was fixing a leak in our toilet and Kyson came running out and got his hard hat and pliers and ran back in to help Derek. He gets so excited when he thinks he fixed something and he always has his tools out with one of his toys tipped over cause he is fixing it. He still loves to dance and is always up dancing to whatever is on. He hasn't been sleeping very well this past while and it's driving me crazy. He wakes up at like 2 and wont go back to sleep until 4 or 5 and that's usually cause I threaten him that he will have to go back to his room all alone and then he will finally lay still until he falls back to sleep.

And yes, I am excited for Christmas.. I would just skip Thanksgiving if I could. I begged Derek to let me put up the tree yesterday and he wouldn't give in. It's not like its that early just a week or so.

Halloween 09
This year for Halloween we headed up to Delta cause Derek had to do some plumbing in Fillmore. Kyson loved it cause he got to see "Eeahh" (Addi), we cant figure out why he calls her "Eeahh" but no matter how much we all tried he wasn't about to change. He was a frog and she (the princess) kept trying to turn him into a prince all night but it just wasn't working. The costume was very suitable for the situation cause taking him trick-or-treating was really like herding a frog, it was impossible. He walked so slow and then would run off if he saw anything, mainly cats and he wouldn't let you carry him. I still can't figure out whose idea it was to walk around my parents neighborhood because while we were herding a 2 and 3 year old cars were flying past us with BIG kids in them. We practiced knocking on the door and saying trick-or-treat before we left but when it came down to it they both just would grab candy without saying anything. Addi was sure to say thank you afterwords and when Kyson was walking away he was sure to say bye... good enough I guess!

Traffic Jam!!
Today me and Kyson had the most amazing time sitting in the car for 2 hours while we waited to get our H1N1 vaccine. Luckily it was in the car and not standing in a line cause it is only 50 here and even better Kyson just watched a movie the whole time while I slowly inched the car forward!! It was ridiculous how many people were there. I went an hour early and still had a 2 hour wait and when I was leaving the 1 lane of cars that I sat in was doubled into 2 lanes and not moving. I am so glad I went when I did or I would have turned around when I saw the double lanes. I got the shot and Kyson got the mist (and has to go back in 30 days for a boost shot) I hope he doesn't get a fever from the mist. So now everyone can leave us alone about getting the vaccine and we are swine flu free here, except Derek... although I am pretty sure with a wig he could have passed for pregnant!!
I'm sure this is how they would rather do it, knock out 8 people at once instead of 1 car at a time.

My Cowboy!

This weekend while we were in Fillmore for the deer hunt Mark decided to put Kyson on the horse. Kyson LOVED it, he didn't want off! We even put him in his cowboy outfit, except the hat... I forgot that! With or without it he was cute. Brenda took alot of pictures and we (Derek) tried to put them on a cd but when we got home it didn't work so these are from Derek's phone, I will have to try again to get them on a cd next weekend. Ultrasound & Kyson 25 Months
Yesterday was my ultrasound to check my measurements and as I predicted I would sit in an office for an extra 20+ minutes from the already 1 hour of a full bladder and spend $200 to hear that everything looks right and that I must just be carrying the baby high or something. I don't think Kiptyn was liking the ultrasound to much because everywhere the little thing was he would kick or hit at it. I only got one picture because they were way backed up so the lady was just looking for what she needed and not getting any fun pictures. I'm glad to hear that everything is ok and I love seeing Kiptyn but I along with Derek am really sick of paying doctor bills this pregnancy(it means I have to work more)! Hopefully we don't have anymore surprise visits with the doctor until he gets here! The lady doing the ultrasound said he is head up right now and that could be what is making me measure a little big, all I have to say about that is he better get to turning before its to late. His weight was 1 1/4lbs and I don't really remember what she said for length.
